BRAND OVERVIEW

Attitude Collections (AC) was founded in the midst of India's entrepreneurial surge post-2014, a period also marked by the challenge of high unemployment. In 2021-22, the majority of the Indian middle class was still entrenched in a post-independence "babu mindset," focused on securing traditional jobs and following a predictable life path. This environment stifled the human spirit, a problem recognized only by a small group of forward-thinking individuals, including educators like our college Professor R. Mishra from the University of Delhi.

OUR STORY

We were four dedicated students pursuing undergraduate and postgraduate studies in biological sciences at different colleges within the University of Delhi between 2010 and 2016. As top achievers, we followed the conventional route of preparing for competitive exams and seeking stable careers. One of us had already cracked the IAS prelims, another cracked GATE exam and was ready to go for a career in scientific research, third one was about to join the Indian Forest Services, and one had began teaching at the University of Delhi.

Our journey took a transformative turn when we reconnected with Professor Mishra, a mentor who had inspired us with his unapologetic and spirited approach to life. After resigning from his position at the University of Delhi, he developed a unique training program called B.E.A.S.T. (Brain Enhancement Augmentation Simulation Training). Intrigued by this innovative concept, we decided to participate in the training, which profoundly changed our perspective towards our careers.

Post-training, we realized our immense potential and the responsibility that came with it. Seeking Professor Mishra's guidance once more, he challenged us with a life-altering question: "Why be job seekers when you can be job creators?" His words ignited a spark within us, steering us towards entrepreneurship despite our initial fears and uncertainties.

After a lot of contemplation and encouraged by Professor Mishra's unwavering support, long story short, we embarked on our entrepreneurial journey. Our vision was clear: we aimed to make a positive impact on the world through a business, inspire young Indians to realize their potential, and generate employment in the process.

The result was Attitude collections that was created with a very specific vision executed as a mission.
