REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Thank you for visiting Attitude Collections
Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully before making a purchase.

  1. Exchange & Refund:

    • Exchange will be executed only if the received product is drastically different or defective. Our t-shirts are stretchable and breathable. However, since it is a print-on-demand and every t-shirt is made specifically for the customer, please check the size to avoid unnecessary hassle of exchange. It can take up to a month to process an exchange.

    • In case of refunds, 2.5% of the cost of the t-shirt plus the delivery charges will be deducted.

  2. Exchange Eligibility:

    • Exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery. After this period, exchange requests will not be applicable.

  3. No Exchange for Personalized Items:

    • Products from our personalized category are non-exchangeable as they are made specifically for you. Please review all information carefully before placing an order.

  4. Ticket Submission:

    • Exchanges are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If it is not possible for us to execute an exchange, or if the received product is drastically different or defective, we will consider a refund.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellation Before Verification:

    • Orders can be cancelled only before the order verification process by our customer service executive. Once verified, orders are immediately processed, and cancellation is not applicable.

  2. Cancellation Fee:

    • A cancellation fee may or may not be applicable. Please reach out to us on WhatsApp at +91-7011986785 or via email at attitudecollections.in@gmail.com to initiate a cancellation request.

  3. No Cancellation for Personalized Items:

    • Cancellation is not applicable for personalized or customized items.
